OVERVIEW
Doronne brings a unique background to his real estate practice, having worked in numerous industries prior to practicing law. Originally working in the entertainment industry, Doronne’s first area of practice was as an entertainment attorney, representing production companies and filmmakers. In January of 2017, Doronne was hired by a well-respected boutique real estate transactional firm, and since then, real estate transactions have been his primary area of practice.
Doronne is an effective communicator, always taking the time to understand his client’s needs. He is results oriented, bringing practical experiences from the many transactions that he has negotiated and closed.
REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS
Acquisitions/Dispositions
Doronne has represented buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of properties valued in excess of $100 Million, including apartments, vacant land, office buildings, and shopping centers.
Leasing and Landlord/Tenant Matters
Doronne has represented landlords and tenants, including a Fortune 100 company that he actively represents as outside counsel, in connection with leasing space, including the structuring, negotiating and drafting of ground, retail, and commercial leases.
General Business and Corporate Matters
Doronne has assisted clients in the formation of entities, including structuring, negotiating, and drafting operating agreements, service contracts, construction contracts, franchise agreements and management agreements.
ENTERTAINMENT MATTERS
Doronne has represented writers, filmmakers and production companies negotiating and drafting various agreements, licenses and releases, including, but not limited to, documentary film and episodic animated tv.
