Linda manages the firm’s litigation practice, which includes evictions, Landlord/Tenant matters and foreclosures.

The primary focus of Linda’s practice is the representation of landlords, including the owners of apartment complexes, commercial properties, residential properties, and mobile home parks.

Linda also represents borrowers and lenders in connection with foreclosures and related workouts, including the foreclosure of residential properties and timeshare loans.

On the non-litigation side, Linda represents landlords and tenants on the structuring, negotiating, and drafting of complex commercial leases, and serves as a liaison between landlords and tenants.

Linda has an exceptional relationship with her clients.  Understanding their goals and keeping them informed is an important facet of her practice.

Immediately prior to joining Milgrim Law Group, she was in-house counsel for a Central Florida company that specializes in real estate acquisition and management. Her prior experience also includes commercial litigation, securities law, and family law.

Linda brings over 25 years of experience in real estate law to Milgrim Law Group. She has resided in the Orlando area since childhood, which gives her a unique perspective on the continual evolution of the local real estate market and the impact it has on her clients.
