Stuart has over 30 years of experience in all facets of real estate development from land acquisition/financing, through obtaining entitlements and concluding with the development and sale of over 12,000 single and multifamily lots and 300 acres of commercial property. He has established and served on the boards of numerous homeowner associations and community development districts.
Stuart has also served as a member of Orange County’s Development Advisory Board, Seminole County’s Board of Zoning Adjustment and as a Governor's appointee to the East Central Florida Regional Planning. He presently serves as a member of Orange County School Board's COVE Committee. Stuart received his undergraduate and J.D. degrees from Tulane University. He is certified in Circuit and Family Mediation by the Florida Supreme Court.
EDWARD G. MILGRIM

Ed has over 25 years of experience in wide-ranging real estate and commercial transactions, including as in-house counsel for two Fortune 150 Companies – Disney and Centex Homes. Having served in legal and business roles, he has a unique perspective on legal services – he has been a client of other lawyers and understands the needs and challenges of his clients first-hand.
With experience in acquisitions, dispositions, workouts, financing, development, construction, leasing, sales, marketing and business relationships, Ed applies a practical yet innovative approach to solving legal and business challenges. He has an impassioned commitment to client service and satisfaction, understands the importance of understanding clients’ needs, maintaining communications, being proactive, handling matters in a time-efficient and cost-effective manner and structuring solutions that achieve optimal results.
Ed earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting/Business Administration at the State University of New York in Albany and his J.D. at the New York University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and New York, is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator and a Florida licensed Real Estate Salesperson.

Linda has over 25 years of experience, specializing in real estate transactions and litigation. Linda joined the Milgrim Law Group in 2010, and manages the firm’s litigation practice, which includes foreclosures, residential and commercial evictions, and mobile home Landlord/Tenant matters. On the transactional side, Linda has represented landlords and tenants in connection with the structuring, negotiating, and drafting of complex commercial leases, and in dealing with the management of the relationship between landlords and tenants. She also represents borrowers and lenders in connection with foreclosures and related workouts, including the foreclosure of timeshare loans. She works closely with clients to address their unique situations and goals.
Prior to joining Milgrim Law Group, Linda served as in-house counsel for a Central Florida real estate acquisition and management company, where she was involved in commercial real estate negotiations, drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreement, and drafting and negotiating commercial leases. Linda grew up in Orlando and received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Emory University in Atlanta and her juris doctorate from Nova Southeastern School of Law in Fort Lauderdale, graduating Cum Laude. In addition to serving on the board of the Jewish Academy of Orlando, Linda has been involved in numerous volunteer capacities in the community, including the Florida Hospital Cancer Institute.
